- Alleviation of pain and suffering through strengthening of veterinary service providers and their linkages
- Quality curative veterinary services should be locally available and utilised by equine owners
- Affordable and quality resources and services should be available for use by equine owners

Achievements
- With the help of group leaders training, self-maintenance of records and increase in savings
- About 60 equine owners acquire knowledge about care and management practices, that is, stable hygiene grooming and regular eye cleaning, etc.
- First aid kit given to 52 villages equine owners who use it regularly and refill it from time to time
